We received our Juliana Greenhouse Kit last month and have completed the assembly. We are so pleased with it. It looks just lovely and I can't believe the efficiency. I know we will receive many years of enjoyment from our new purchase.

A couple of suggestions: I know you had to ship our greenhouse a long way since we live in Texas, but the shipping really took a long time from the order date. The assembly instructions were a little vague in some areas since the instructions were shared for both glass and polycarbonate greenhouse kits. However, your helpful staff did give us immediate attention and answers to our questions.

The Little Greenhouse I ordered was for my wife's birthday, and I must say you made it a good one for her (me also). Any
time you an make me look like a good husband you've got my vote! The whole process was easy, I especially liked the web sites ease of maneuvering from one product to another and pictures of the different styles to choose from .I have to see the product I'm buying and be able to compare it to others.

The installation went well (The video was a big help).
I liked the Little Greenhouse because of its ease of installation. The only thing I would do differently would be to use better colors on the ends of the pvc ie: almond was hard to see and distinguish from white. Over all I was pleased with the kit and

We are happy with the greenhouse. Here in Flagstaff, we have already gotten our first snowfall and the plants are doing fine. The ordering experience was fine, as was the shipping. It arrived very quickly. I hadn't been expecting it. We had no problems assembling the greenhouse and only a minor one with the
fit on the top half of the front door, which we solved by putting another latch there to make the door seal better. We also put some weather stripping along the back vent seal, and I think Bob plans to put some around the top vent.

We put in three additional shelves that we 'customized' from racks at Home Depot, and have put in the stepping stones we got on our gift certificate that came with the greenhouse. We love it. Our electricity supplier will probably love it too, since it has been so cold this past week that we are already running the heater all day as well as at night.

We have had a few storms and it never blew away. When I received the greenhouse there were a few pieces that were broken. Some of the welded nuts for the 3 way couplers had broken off during shipment. I JB welded them back on.

Other than that I was quite pleased with the service and
timely shipment. I've attached a picture of the greenhouse setup in my backyard. It will be wonderful for my cold sensitive palms during the winter months.

NOTE: this weak weld was a problem for a while - so much so that we were about to drop the greenhouse line ( that would have been the 3rd factory that we had to drop for bad quality ), However they fixed the problem and the last few months there have been no problems
