I can honestly say we had no problems with your company from placing the Hideaway greenhouse kit order to shipment of the greenhouse.

We did encounter some problems with the greenhouse kit. We received an illegible copy of the instruction manual and had to contact the manufacturer for a new copy and the replacement of some parts However, the company was very prompt in sending out the replacement items.

One item we would like to see added to the greenhouse kit are screens for the ceiling vents to help keep pests out. The greenhouse door is equipped with a screen, and it seems only reasonable that the vents would come with screens provided...

All in all we are very pleased with the Hideaway greenhouse, and it is already being put to good use. If you would like some photos of the greenhouse please let me know and I'll send those to you.

NOTE: we are working on an article about screening the ceiling and floor vents in the sunshine kits - wire mesh works great on the floor and window screen on the ceiling vents

My greenhouse is fantastic! My whole experience from getting initial information from you all, to the ordering, to delivery was great! I had absolutely no problems.

Thank you! The putting together of the greenhouse was a little more challenging than I thought it would be but it also was
completed without too much hair being pulled out. I needed to put some insulation at the base but I have been able to keep the temperature between 50-80 degrees with the use of a small space heater. We have had a lot of snow and some pretty cold
temperatures.

I haven't had any problems since receiving my greenhouse so I
can't tell you how it is to deal with your company after purchase but if it was anything like ordering, I sure it will be fine.
