Over the years we have struggled with the best way

we would stand around the fax machine waiting for an order to come
in. For a long time we were thrilled to receive even one order a
day. With a couple of calls and a couple of emails per day it was
easy to stay on top of requests, reply to emails and answer the
phone in a timely manner.
Things have changed now, we routinely receive hundreds
of emails and phone calls per day. Just organizing the emails and
trying to coordinate answers and responding quickly turned into
a full time job for 2 employees. We realized that there had to be

have lots of experience they don't have access to our customer database
