FREE SHIPPING on orders over $500

Shipping Info

*Free Shipping is only within United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska on orders over $250 or marked Free Shipping.

Most items sold by Greenhouses.com are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. While this helps us to deliver products to you faster, it also means that your order may consist of items from multiple locations (you could possibly receive packages arriving at different times).

Shipping Notification

Once an order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to notify that the order has been received and is being prepared for shipment. You can check the status and track your order by clicking "Track Your Order" at the top of every page on Greenhouses.com or go directly to order tracking.

Whenever there is a change in your order status you will get an email update.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. If you use a PO box as a ship-to address, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska

Orders that ship to Alaska or Hawaii may only be shipped via UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. If you select shipping to HI or AK, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you to re-adjust your shipping cost and grand total. We will ship to the nearest port at no charge (for free ship offers) and you can arrange transport from there.

Canadian & International Orders

We regret that we are not able to accept Canadian or International orders outside of the US at this time.

Backorder Status

Although Greenhouses.com makes every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or email you to discuss the situation.

Greenhouses.com will provide you with an estimated date of delivery for any back ordered item(s). Please note that these dates are only estimated delivery times and are subject to change. You will not be charged for any item that is not in-stock and ready for shipment. Backordered products will only ship with your approval and will be charged to your card when ready.

What do I do when the shipment arrives?

PLEASE NOTE:
On larger greenhouses, and other large items that ship by freight, the purchaser is responsible for getting the items off of the delivery truck. We recommend you have at least 2-4 people to help you remove your items. The driver is not responsible for removing the packages. Also, some freight trucks are too large and are not able to deliver up your driveway. You are then responsible to remove the items and transport them by other means, carry them or by pick-up truck, to your house.

Do not refuse delivery for minor damage.
If a package is damaged, check the contents for damage before refusing delivery. If damage appears to be minor, and only a few items need to be replaced, we recommend accepting the shipment (or at least any undamaged packages) after making note of damages on delivery receipt. Doing this will speed up the replacement process in many cases because parts can be shipped sooner and faster delivery methods can be used.

Inventory the shipment.

Check the number of boxes received against the number shown on the driver's delivery sheet. If there is a shortage, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.

If there is any problem with your shipment please contact us using the online help desk - we will quickly make any arrangements needed to fix any problems.
